Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
We strive to get your essentials to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12 Noon EST will ship the same day. Most orders placed after this deadline will ship the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by XLoveLab or our shipping partners.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary based on your location. You can view the estimated delivery date by proceeding to checkout and selecting your shipping method. Currently, XLoveLab continues to prioritize and ship packages ordered before 12 Noon EST to ensure timely arrival.
How much is shipping?

Expedited Options: If you need your essentials sooner, faster shipping methods are available at checkout. Costs are calculated based on the delivery speed you choose.

Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply for remote locations; the final price will be shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been delivered. To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, any item designed to come into synthetic contact with the body is final sale. We encourage you to double-check our Size Guide before placing your order. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be resold.
What if I experience an allergic reaction or receive a defective item?
Your well-being is our priority. While we do not accept standard returns, we offer a Skin-Care Guarantee:

Allergic Reactions: If our fabric causes a confirmed allergic reaction, please contact us at service@xlovelab.com. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Defects: If an item is defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions. Once processed, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you free of charge.
How do I cancel my order or change my address?
To maintain our fast shipping standards, orders are processed almost immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered the processing stage. Please ensure your shipping address and item selections are correct before finalizing your purchase.
What is Rush Order Processing?
Want to skip the line? Rush Order Processing bumps your order to the front of our fulfillment queue—ensuring it is picked, packed, and prepped before others. Please note that this speeds up the handling time at our warehouse, but the actual transit time still depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
