All Sales Are Final Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been delivered. As these are intimate apparel items, they cannot be resold once they have left our facility.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
